This assignment is covering a temporary leave of absence. The length will be from November 2026 until June 2027. The daily rate is $350 per day. 

 

Must hold a valid clinical license issued by the state Allied Mental Health or Social Work boards (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LRC).

 

The Student Adjustment Counselor is responsible for the supervision of all students within their assignment, is committed to the Atlantis Charter School Board of Trustees policies regarding equity, human rights and cross cultural understanding and reports directly to the Principal or their designee.  Under the direction of the Principal or their designee, the Student Adjustment Counselor shall adhere to national, state, and local statutes, policies, and regulations regarding counseling and assist students in the development of social emotional skills and developmental assets.

While actual roles and responsibilities will vary depending on individual circumstances, the Student Adjustment Counselor will generally be required to perform some or all of the following tasks. Note that this list is not all-inclusive and that the administrator may also assign other tasks he/she deems appropriate.
